What Is The Strength & Mobility Class?

Our Strength & Mobility Class is designed to build athletic strength, flexibility, coordination, and injury resistance for wrestlers and young athletes. The class focuses on fundamental gymnastic movements, bodyweight strength, joint mobility, balance, and controlled strength training that directly transfers to better wrestling performance.

What Age Is The Strength & Mobility Class For?

The class is ideal for youth and middle school athletes, typically ages 6 and up. Exercises are scaled based on age and ability, ensuring each athlete trains safely while developing strong movement patterns that support long-term athletic development.

How Does Strength & Mobility Help My Child’s Wrestling?

Strength and mobility training helps wrestlers:

- Move more efficiently on the mat

- Improve balance, explosiveness, and body control

- Reduce injury risk

- Recover faster between practices and matches

This class complements wrestling by building the athletic foundation every successful wrestler needs.

What Should My Child Bring To Strength & Mobility Class?

Athletes should wear athletic clothing such as shorts or sweatpants and a T-shirt. Wrestling shoes are not required. No prior strength training experience is needed—everything is coached and age-appropriate.
