No. We work with beginners as well as experienced wrestlers and group athletes according to age and experience.
Athletic clothes such as shorts and a T-shirt are enough to get started. Wrestling shoes are not required for the first class.
Practices generally include a warm-up, wrestling drills, technique instruction and live wrestling when appropriate for the athlete.
