Every summer parents spend a lot of money on camps. Technique camps, college camps, overnight camps… the options are endless.
Here’s what I’ve learned after years of running camps and sending my own athletes to them:
The technique they learn is rarely the most valuable thing they bring home. The mindset and the intensity they experience are what actually stick.
At Iron Faith we run camps with the same philosophy we use every day in the room: build a clear wrestling system, focus on the fundamentals that actually win matches, and create an environment where kids break through limiting beliefs.
