Description:

The Hand Fighting Camp is designed to help wrestlers take control of every exchange. Athletes will learn how to create pressure, win ties, improve positioning, and develop setups that lead directly to scoring opportunities. Wrestlers will build confidence in close-range battles and learn how to dictate the pace of the match from the first whistle.
