Stop giving up easy points. In 3 focused days you’ll learn how to defend attacks, recover from bad positions, and turn defensive situations into scoring opportunities.
Most wrestlers only train offense. Then they get stuck on bottom, get caught in a scramble, or give up a takedown they should have stopped — and the match slips away.
The Defense & Scramble Camp is built to fix that. You’ll learn how to shut down attacks early, stay calm when positions get messy, and turn those moments into points instead of panic.
You leave harder to score on and more dangerous every time the match goes off-script.
This camp focuses on the skills that keep you in matches and let you capitalize when things get chaotic.
