Description:

The Defense & Scramble Camp is designed to help wrestlers become difficult to score on and dangerous in every scramble. Athletes will learn how to defend attacks, recover from bad positions, and turn defensive situations into scoring opportunities. By improving awareness, positioning, and reactions, wrestlers will leave with the confidence to stay in every match and capitalize when opportunities arise.
