Most Camps Give You Moves.
This One Gives You a System.

The Complete Wrestler Camp is built around one core idea: every wrestler needs a system that matches their body, style, and strengths — not a list of techniques that look good in a drill.

On day one we assess you. We identify what already works, what breaks down under pressure, and where your biggest opportunities are. Then we build a clear game plan for neutral, top, and bottom that you can actually use in matches.

You leave with more than new moves. You leave with a roadmap.

A Personalized System
You Can Keep Building

This is not a “watch and drill a bunch of techniques” camp. It’s structured so every athlete leaves with clarity.

Individual Assessment

We evaluate your current strengths, weaknesses, and natural style so the work we do actually fits you — not a generic template.

Neutral System

Clear entries, setups, and finishes that match how you move and score — so you stop forcing techniques that don’t fit.

Top & Bottom Game Plan

Specific rides, turns, escapes, and transitions tailored to your body type and current level so you stop guessing on the mat.

Long-Term Roadmap

You’ll leave knowing exactly what to keep drilling and what to prioritize so the progress continues after camp ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible for the Complete Wrestler Camp?

High School wrestlers who have qualified for states or higher, and Middle School / Youth wrestlers who have placed at a youth state tournament. This ensures the room stays competitive and the instruction can stay high-level.

How is this different from a normal technique camp?

Most camps teach a high volume of moves. This camp starts with an individual assessment and builds a personalized system for neutral, top, and bottom that fits the individual wrestler. You leave with clarity, not just more techniques.

What should wrestlers bring?

Wrestling shoes, headgear, multiple singlets or practice gear, water bottle, and a notebook. Come ready to train hard and take notes on your personal system.

Is there lodging nearby?

Yes. There are multiple hotels within 10–15 minutes of the facility in the Warwick / Providence area. Many out-of-state families stay locally for the weekend.

Can parents watch?

Parents are welcome to observe from designated areas. The focus stays on the wrestlers and the training environment.

What if my wrestler is right on the eligibility line?

Reach out to us directly. We’ll help you determine if this camp is the right fit or if another Iron Faith camp would serve them better.
