Stop collecting random moves. In 3 focused days you’ll get an individual assessment and leave with a clear, personalized system for neutral, top, and bottom that actually fits how you wrestle.
The Complete Wrestler Camp is built around one core idea: every wrestler needs a system that matches their body, style, and strengths — not a list of techniques that look good in a drill.
On day one we assess you. We identify what already works, what breaks down under pressure, and where your biggest opportunities are. Then we build a clear game plan for neutral, top, and bottom that you can actually use in matches.
You leave with more than new moves. You leave with a roadmap.
This is not a “watch and drill a bunch of techniques” camp. It’s structured so every athlete leaves with clarity.
We evaluate your current strengths, weaknesses, and natural style so the work we do actually fits you — not a generic template.
Clear entries, setups, and finishes that match how you move and score — so you stop forcing techniques that don’t fit.
Specific rides, turns, escapes, and transitions tailored to your body type and current level so you stop guessing on the mat.
You’ll leave knowing exactly what to keep drilling and what to prioritize so the progress continues after camp ends.
Assessment, style identification, and foundation of your neutral system. You’ll start seeing what actually fits you.
Deep work on top and bottom positions tailored to your body and current skill set. High-rep drilling + live application.
System integration, live wrestling, and your personal roadmap so you know exactly what to train after camp.
Since 2025 our athletes have produced elite-level results at the highest stages of youth and high school wrestling.
High School wrestlers who have qualified for states or higher, and Middle School / Youth wrestlers who have placed at a youth state tournament. This ensures the room stays competitive and the instruction can stay high-level.
Most camps teach a high volume of moves. This camp starts with an individual assessment and builds a personalized system for neutral, top, and bottom that fits the individual wrestler. You leave with clarity, not just more techniques.
Wrestling shoes, headgear, multiple singlets or practice gear, water bottle, and a notebook. Come ready to train hard and take notes on your personal system.
